MBA in marketing and digital marketing both are same. But scope of digital marketing is more than marketing and second thing choose that field which you want, if you are interested in MBA in marketing than go for MBA and focus on goal.

There are so many organizations that offer short term certificate and Diploma courses through part time or online mode. Some of the popular ones includes Digigyan, Digital Vidya and NIIT. Hence, I would suggest you to pursue graduation in any field and take digital marketing as a parallel course as it is not a full fledged degree course.
