No, there will be no problem at all. Many students get admission in second year B.Tech through lateral entry after completing their Diploma. No partiality is done with them at the time of placement. They get equal opportunities like regular students. Go ahead. Best of luck.

Hi Kunal,
First, you should focus on your class 9th and class 10th. After matric, you will be able to get admission in Diploma colleges. Yes, minimum criteria is 60% in good colleges. And, this 60% criteria also apply at the time of placement. Best of luck.

Whether it is engineering graduation or Diploma, first preference of students is invariably computers. With the limited seats available across institutions, the closing ranks are pretty high.
