Yes, you can. You can enroll in any university through B.Tech lateral entry exam. Different universities have different criteria, so you need to check their criteria like your score in Diploma and several or mostly universities conduct B.Tech lateral entry exam for this purpose. Stay updated with the procedure and prepare well with your basics learnt during Diploma.

The eligibility for seeking admission in aircraft maintenance engineering course is 10 + 2 in physics chemistry and math. As you had done your Diploma after plus two stages you are definitely eligible for this and yes wearing spectacles or glasses does not debar you from taking admission and even subsequently working on the aircraft as a maintenance engineer. Distance B.E/B.Tech courses are not valid for employment and higher education purpose as per AICTE guidelines. Hence never do these. Its better to do lateral B.E/B.Tech or Part regular courses.

Instead of Uploading class 12th certificate, upload Diploma Civil engineering certificate.
