Hi,
If you are already studying class 11 and 12/ PUC, then it would be good to take up electrical and electronics engineering in B.E or B.Tech. However, Diploma soon after 10th could also be a good option leading to electrical engineering second year after completion of Diploma.

Generally, for a diploma, completing and passing 10th is a basic requirement. Hence, yes, you may do it right after 10th.

You cannot opt for PG without having a Bachelor's degree. Advance Diploma is not a Bachelor's degree. If you do have a UG degree prior to the Advance Diploma, you can then pursur your PG.
