Of course, anyone of any age category who are interested can study. You can do Diploma if you want in certain institutes which offer Animation course.

It totally based on your merit between other applicant most of applicant have 6 CGPA. Criteria for getting admission is 60% or 6 CGPA in your all exams.

As per the guidelines, you cannot continue two courses at a same time, unless other is a distance course. If both are regular courses, then it is not legal.
