Hi, Every course in IGNOU has been approved by specific education boards. IGNOU is famous for its distance courses over decades. The certificates are trust worthy and will definitely will be helpful. It totally based on your merit between other applicant most of applicant have 6 CGPA. Criteria for getting admission is 60% or 6 CGPA in your all exams.

As per the guidelines, you cannot continue two courses at a same time, unless other is a distance course. If both are regular courses, then it is not legal.
