Hi,
Looking at the competitive market I don't think it will be accepted easily unless you are already in the job market and looking for growth or promotion. Also, UK degrees are not recognised in India. You can enquire with your peers and do some market research yourself before investing money.

Hello dear
Most of the industry demand 60% through out the Diploma. As your percentage is less so it will be difficult for you to get opportunity. So I suggest you to get certification on PLC or embedded system so that you have a remarkable thing in resume to show. Good luck.

Hello, No this is not possible, because each state have their own entrance test and syllabus. However Veermata Jijabai technological Institute, Mumbai is offering admission in 2nd year of engineering Diploma courses. The eligibility criteria are as under. Eligibility criteria :-
Candidate passed 12th standard with physics, chemistry along with MATH/BIO from Maharashtra from a recognised institution. Or candidate passed 12th from other state but mother or father is the domicile in the state of Maharashtra. Or candidate passed 12th from other state but and his parents are employees of GOI and posted in Maharashtra.
