If it is relevant course connected to your studies, there will not be a problem. Normally, colleges will not give admission in such cases. Once you get admission, you can go ahead for visa without any worry.

Diploma in Fine Arts is a certificate level course in the domain of Arts and its related areas. The course is pursued by candidates after completing their 10+2 education. Some institute also offers these courses to class 10th pass candidates based on their performance in the class 10th board examination.

These institutes do train you for different kinds of topics, but most of it is irrelevant because when you join the airline, each of the airline have their own way of grooming or safety rules. You will end up spending few months or a year and a lot of money, just to get disappointed if you didn't get selected. Institutes like these wouldn't make much of a difference while you apply for an airline. Every airline has their own training, and they don't care or give any additional priority if you have been in one of these institutes. Airlines have about 4-7 weeks rigorous training, with highly qualified instructors.
