Yes, you are eligible to get lateral admission in engineering after the completion of your Diploma. How you got admission is of no relevance. What matters is how much marks you have obtained in Diploma.

I can't understand your question, what do you want to know. If you want to know about the fee you have to pay for any Diploma course then you have to pay approx. 65000 per year.

Evening/distance/online/part time engineering courses are not valid any more as per the latest Supreme Court verdict. Hence, I would recommend you to join regular B.Tech course for better career prospects
