For applying to the course, aspiring candidates need to have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, acquired from a recognised/ accredited institute, with a minimum aggregate score of 50%. Candidates are also required to have completed a 3-year Diploma from a recognised institute
Students who have appeared in their final year examination of a relevant Bachelors degree programme, and are yet to pass its final year examination, are also welcome to apply, subject to a successful completion of their Bachelor's degree programme/graduation within a certain time period.
Regards.

Degree programmes are normally of minimum period of three years. Some programmes are of four or five years also. This is the situation in India. Abroad, the situation is little different. There a student has to score certain credits to get degree. Student has the choice of completing these credits in two years also. However, each country has different perspective. Even universities in same country may have differences. Hence, I would advise you to approach an agency that deals with sending students abroad for graduation.

Yes, you can, you must apply for a study permit again before the older one expires. So while you are still doing your Diploma you have to contact colleges and universities in Toronto and try to fulfill the eligibility criteria.
