Students who have passed class 10th are eligible to pursue this course. This course can also be pursued after 10+2 Science stream schooling too (Mathematics group). Seats will be allotted to deserving students on the basis of marks scored by them in 10th board examination (usually in Mathematics and Science subjects). Different institute usually have different pass marks, and you should check with the concerned institute of the pass percentage required to apply for this course. Pass percentage is usually around 50-60%. Regards.

Based on your profile, you can apply for a PG Diploma which is generally of 1 year. You have a three year degree, which won't be accepted easily by universities for admission into Masters programme. Secondly, you must have good grades. You should also try to improve your IELTS. I am not recommending you to apply for a UG Diploma because you already have a UG and this will lead to rejection.

Hi Prashant,
A well-known fact when applying to Canada is that a three year degree course from India is not accepted. But, for a PG Diploma programme it can be accepted. So, I will ask you to quickly email some universities and colleges and find out. Your percentage is also low so you will have double the competition for admission. Courses like networking, computer Science etc. Are competitive and quantitative so universities ask for higher percentage. You can visit the websites and get a clarification. You can also look a couple of universities in Australia.
