There is no way you can study Diploma after completing 10th in Russia. You should at least have cleared 12th to take admission abroad.

Most colleges have a different provision for admission. You need to contact the institute officials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another. Generally, for a 2-year Diploma programme (DMLT) you need to have cleared 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized University or Board. Some of the prominent institutes offering courses in the field are:
Padmashree Institute of Medical Lab Technology
Sree Surya and Devi Colleges of Medical Lab Technology - Andhra Pradesh
City College of Medical Laboratory Technology - Karnataka
