Yes, you can apply for a Masters programme. Since they are highly competitive, you are advised to work hard during your PGD and gain some work experience. You must also demonstrate interest in RnD.

Mostly, people tend to do engineering after Diploma.
That is what even I suggest you. Gone are those days when people used to consider engineering as an ultimate degree.
Engineering is now a basic degree for any job.
Even if you get placed with your Diploma, I suggest you to complete engineering and join any job.
If you have engineering with Diploma, you are considered to be technically sound.
So, go for engineering.
Just in case, you end up joining any company after Diploma i.e without an engineering degree, I suggest you to do some certification courses in the field of mechanical engineering meanwhile to enhance your knowledge before joini

According to your result performance, you are not good in science stream, or if you select Diploma for further study then it will be so tough for you and you will not succeed in it, so my suggestion is that stop thinking about it and go for some another course in which, you can do your best and understand it properly.

Yes, you can pursue a Diploma in engineering After 10th board exam, you have to qualify Diploma entrance exam then you can pursue Diploma in engineering easily.

The basic objective of PGDPSM programme is to improve carrier opportunities of science graduates. This programme will help in improving the knowledge and skills of the students who are looking their carrier in the pharmaceutical industries and also those who are already doing similar type of assignments. PGDPSM diplomaholders are not eligible for registration from state pharmacy council. Diploma in pharmacy from PCI approved college is mandatory for registration from state pharmacy council. PCI did not recognize any diploma for registration purpose granted under correspondence course
