Which exam's syllabus do you want to know?

Yes, it will provide through LEET entrance exam.

On completion of Diploma in mechanical engineering, you will be eligible for junior engineer or supervisory level jobs of operations and maintenance in manufacturing and services industries of all type of sectors. In addition, you can job in government, defense and paramilitary forces. However, for long term career growth, you will be required to do B.Tech or AMIE.

After pursuing Diploma, you will have more practical knowledge and experience as compared to B.Tech students but since lateral entry seats are very few so you may face difficulty in getting admission in good colleges. Also with Diploma, you can get jobs in various PSUs. So, pursuing Diploma is also good but if you can go for class 12th and then B.Tech that will also be same.

To get a good job, you can apply for different government job exams like IBPS PO, SSC CGL, UPSC civil services exams, etc.
To appear in these exams, you don't need to pursue any other course or diploma / degree.
Graduation is required to appear in these exams.

After 12th, you must go for B.Tech only not for Diploma.

You can get admission in Diploma.

Yes, you can go on the basis of 10th if your marks are more than 45%.
