Hi Ancy,
After B.Tech ECE you have two fields :
- Core field
- Software field
If you are opting for core jobs, you may take some courses related to your branch :
-Power systems
-Latest applications of Solar panels
-Embedded systems
-VLSI
-You can also opt for Mechanical branches such as Robotics and Humanoids and other mechanical applications.
For software jobs you can learn programming language.
While selecting a stream you must keep in mind :
- What type of job interests you ?
- In which field you wish to build your career ?
- Which one is better on the basis of your career goal ?

Nalanda Open Uniiversity offers Certificate Course in child psychology which is of 1 year duration. Also Punjab University Chandigarh offers Advanced diploma in Child Psychology. For Early identification and intervention in relation to child psychology you can check the Rehabilitation Council of India Website for workshops and certificate courses.

Hi Amritesh,
To answer your query.no, you cannot apply for PhD as German Universities do not recognize Diplomas. You would have to do MS first.
Secondly, yes there are scholarships. Here are a few links which would help you understand the scholarships and the cost of studying in Germany!
