Yes everyone can write EAMCET exam after completing the Diploma course but under some criteria which is given as following
1 You need to have passed the qualifying exam (Diploma) with the required percentage of marks

An ETO (Electro Technical Officer) course needs a 3-year Diploma with preferably 60 per cent marks in any stream at Diploma level such as Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Electronics and Telecommunication or Electronics and Instrumentation. To take entry to Diploma in Engineering at VJTI Mumbai, learners are not usually expected to attend entrance exam such as MHT CET or JEE Main (who are intended to earn B.Tech). Rather, the entry is directly merit-oriented with reference to the scores you can get in your Class 10th (SSC) or corresponding examination.
The process is carried out in the Centralized Admission Process (CAP) under the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Maharashtra. The minimum marks you should have are aggregate marks of 35% in Class 10 th in a recognised board.

In the case of the PG Diploma in Panchkarma in Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS) or a college that is a constituent of the latter, the eligibility criterion is mostly a Bachelors degree in Ayurveda (such as BAMS) or another health Science based discipline that might be recognised by the university. It usually requires a minimum aggregate score of about 50- 60%. The tuition fees of the PG Diploma in Panchkarma is rather variable and it usually falls at a rate of INR 1.26 Lakhs to INR 4.5 Lakhs in total as the course mostly takes a year to 2 years duration. Diploma is a special couse in 1-2 years
For taking admission in Diploma students must be passed 10th and 12th with 50 percent marks
It is based on the entrance exam, depending on the institution
The fees structure lies between 50000 to 300000
And average salary lies between 2 LPA to10 LPA per annum
