Yes, Delhi University offers more than 25 Diploma courses after the 12th grade. Most of its Diploma courses are language courses. The popular Diploma courses include:

There's no such thing as "better" for describing a branch, because every branch has its importance. It is just the matter of your interest based on which you feel a branch is better. I would suggest you to analyse what suits you better and in which of those courses you will perform good. Consider your skills, choose the course for which you've relevant skills. If you are good at coding or if you would like to build your career towards IT field you may take Computer Science, otherwise it'll be of no use if you just take it so that you can get a job early or you can earn more. Hi,
The fees structure of most of the Agriculture diploma colleges was around 8000 to 10000 per semester and a number of seats available ranges between 600 to 700.
