The admission process at Bharathidasan University for Diploma courses is:

1- Register yourself as a new applicant on the official website of the university.

2- Pay registration fees of INR 200 for Diploma programs.

3- Upload your class 10th, and class 12th marksheet, and other required documents, depending on the Diploma you want to pursue.

4- After successful verification, the Bharathidasan University will contact you to confirm your admission.

Yes, candidates can apply for mass communication courses after they have passed class 10th or equivalent. Most College admissions are done on the basis of candidates score in class 10th examination usually there is no entrance exam. Scope for higher studies in mass communication:

Lateral Entry Programme is being offered at universities and engineering colleges enabling students who have completed 3-year Diploma in Engineering or B.Sc. Degree or equivalent examination with at least 50% marks, and Mathematics as a compulsory subject in Class XII to get admitted in the second year directly. After the successful completion of a Diploma degree, students are eligible to enter B.Tech/B.E programmes. Not only students are eligible to get admission in B.Tech/B.E programme but a direct admission to the 2nd year is also possible.

The fee structure is quite less which however makes it feasible for both middle-class families as well as economically weaker families.The college aims to impart proper education to the students in less and affordable price.
