Uttarakhand Open University cut off would be based on the cut off marks decided by the University. It is a good decision to do Post Graduate Diploma in human resource management in SCDL (Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning). It will add a great value to your professional career and will also help in enhancing your personality. For doing this, you must have a Bachelors degree or you should be a graduate from any recognised university. There is no as such entrance exam for the same. Degree equivalence letter issued from Association of India Universities (AIU) for graduation completed from an International University is mandatory.

Good day, Krutik Pathak. It's quite sad that your question has reached me now, two years after you first posted it. However, it still pertains to academics, so I answered. Diploma holders may apply for lateral entry admission to the second year of a four-year degree programme. The admissions process is always handled by the involved state's dte of technical education. You can also apply for admission to engineering or any other course at private or institutions that are recognised to be universities using your Diploma as the equivalent of a 12th-grade education. Likewise in IIT. I wish you well.

No, it's not possible to change the branch in engineering as Computer Science after completion of Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Candidates who have studied Diploma in Computer Science or Diploma in Information Technology (3 years duration) are only eligible to apply for BE or B.Tech in Computer Science course. We can study BE or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering after completion of Diploma in Electrical Engineering. The admission to the course will be done through a lateral entry entrance examination. Therefore, the field for the degree course should be determined during admission to the Diploma programme.
