Go to the college and find out if they will take you. Then the two colleges have to agree, the college are studying should be willing to let go you and the other college should agree to take you.

If it piques your interest. You've previously admitted to having a strong interest in hacking. Then, depending on your interests, you can pursue a B.Tech in lateral entry CSE. After earning your degree, you can find a decent career with a good salary because you've also specified that you're interested in other subjects. Therefore, many universities offer electives in addition to your programme. As a result, you can select your electives based on your interests.

Dear aspirant, Glad to meet you. Yes, you can go for Diploma after your 10th. Basically admission to Diploma courses are done after completion of 10th. Even if you have gap, you are eligible. However it depends on the college you are applying for. Few college sometimes do not accept students with gap year. But most of the colleges accept.
