Hello Sagnik, you have done Diploma in engineering and now you wish to do B.Sc. Right? Yes, you can definitely do this. First you need to obtain Diploma equivalent to 12th cert from your institute where you did Diploma or from some government agency. This is so since for any graduation minimum eligibility is 12th or equivalent. My advise would be to go in for distance education course of IGNOU.
