Event Management is the best option for having a career. The market for event management never ends. Its growing day by day. One who is in event management business could gain much achievement in the future. It has a good scope in the near future. There is no College/ University in India who is offering M.Tech courses on the basis of Diploma engineering. Hence you can not do M.Tech course on the basis of your Diploma.
