It would be better to complete degree to get good jobs, otherwise you may have to change your stream because specialisation also demands having a valid degree.

Few universities do offer Lateral Admission in which you can complete your Graduation in next 2 years because you would get the admission in 2nd year but few universities don't offer lateral Admission for Diploma Holders.
