You can actually do. But the problem is correspondence certificate has no value. Try for other college with your 1st PU marks card and TC. You might get some help don't take up correspondence. Sometimes degree Colleges will not accept those certificates.

It's actually good I have heard a lot of times about it. But I have not been to it. Distance MBA is equal to correspondence so think twice before deciding if you really want to do MBA through distance.
