No, Dr Bhim Rao Ambedkar College does not offer distance learning to any of its offered courses. Dr Bhim Rao Ambedkar College offers undergraduate degree in Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Commerce. Both of these courses are offered in regular mode and the students must attend the classes in person.

IGNOU or Indira Gandhi National Open University, as the name suggests, is an open and distance learning institution. Only a few courses, such as Ph.D. and M.Phil programmes are offered through regular mode. Also, UGC and Allahabad court together have also mentioned that all the degrees from IGNOU will be considered as valid and legitimate as any other regular college degree.

I did some research, but I was only able to find one college that offers BBA in Airport Management with honors through distance learning.
The institute's name is IMTS Insititute. It is in Uttar Pardesh. The fee is around INR 20,000 to 80,000.
