The Bar Council of India does not recognize correspondence courses. Because the Bar Council of India (which regulates the lawyer's profession) does not recognize any distance education degree for LL.B. Therefore, even if you managed to obtain one, you will not be able to practice in court with that degree. So avoid doing the distance/ correspondence LL.B.

You can pursue the M.Sc. CS in regular mode and B.Ed. Through distance mode. As per UGC guidelines, one regular degree and other distance degrees can pursue simultaneously. IGNOU can be the best option for pursuing the distance B.Ed. Course if meeting the eligibility criteria.
