Hello Zishan, it's very nice to hear from you that you are interested in doing graduation in engineering. But I am afraid that your approach is not perhaps on the right path. All the colleges where a student gets admission have stipulations about attending a minimum number of classes. This in fact is a prerequisite for appearing in the examination that is conducted by the concerned University. Hence officially no college will tell you not to attend college and just come for the examination. In addition, the regular distance education mode is not available for engineering. In view of this, I feel that you need to rethink your future and change track for another subject which you may be liking. Best wishes to you.
