Hello Satish, it's very nice to SEE your desire that your son should be graduate engineer after completion of his Diploma. However doing it by correspondence course is not the answer. This is so since any professional courses are banned to be conducted via distance education. Best course for your son is to aim for AMIE as he pursues his job also. This is equivalent to degree in engineering for all purposes. Best wishes to you.

Yes, you can for distance education the age is not the factor though, your 12th marks will be evaluated to check the eligibility criteria in the course. Mostly it shall be at least 50% to be secured in the 12th exams which differs from university to university.

I assume you are interested in doing some professional courses after your 12th (CA, CMA, CS). And further studies through correspondence, U can join the distance education colleges which is there in your respective state. If you live in tamilnadu, the most popular distance education colleges are university of madras. It does not affect your professional course.
