Yes, you can do, if your correspondence MA in clinical psychology degree is a recognized degree.
The eligibility criteria are MA / M Sc in Psychology or equivalent (minimum 55 %).

Because you are not specific about the Universities/Colleges, hence the eligibility criteria for M.Phil in clinical psychology of Christ University Bangalore is given below. Eligibility criteria : Basic eligibility for the programme is a pass at the Postgraduate level examination with an aggregate of 55% marks or equivalent grade in Psychology from any recognised University in India or abroad recognised by UGC / AIU are eligible to apply. Yes, you can do as you have already done Bachelors. But, I would recommend you to go through the regular mode, instead of distance one.

If you hold a 3-year degree like BA/B.Sc/B.Com/BBA or B.Tech/B.Pharma in 10+2+3 /4 system from any recognised university, it makes no difference whether you earned it in regular mode or correspondence/distance learning mode. Only thing to be checked is - your university and its distance education programme should be recognised. For IAS/PCS or any government. Job or exam, both degrees are absolutely equal. For admission to Masters programme viz. MA/M.Sc/M.Com/MBA, both degrees are equal. For admission to 3-year LL.B. It's very nice to see that you are interested in puesuing degree course in engineering after completing your Diploma. Unfortunately distance mode is not the answer. These days universities are debarred from offering professional courses via distance mode. However you the option of doing your AMIE which is equivalent to degree in engineering for all practical purposes. Best wishes to you.
