WES accepts distance educational courses, provided those courses should have approval from Indian government. (MHRD). I have done AMIE (Distance education course) and assessed by WES recently.

NEW DELHI: The government is going to introduce a four-year Bachelor in Education B.Ed course from next year with an aim to improve the quality of teaching, Human Resource Development Minister, Prakash Javadekar said here on Thursday. "We are going to launch a four-year integrated course from next year."

Yes, you can do Distance MBA as with full-time study, the experience you'll have with distance MBA depends on the institution you're applying to talking about the fee can be lower than that for a regular program, hike on your current company may not be given but MBA will get you a better job with good package during job change.
