Yes, you can pursue Masters abroad. However, to seek admission abroad you will be required to appear for some specific tests that are applicable to respective countries. Viz, TOFEL, GMAT GRE.

B Ed distance education has been stopped by most of the universities for general public .It is now academic degree ,not valid for teaching job .Other jobs one can apply .Those who had joined as teacher earlier with out B Ed can complete by private study or Distance .The govt had made regular BEd compulsory for all .

B.Ed Course Eligibility:
A minimum aggregate score of 50% in graduation is a requisite for admission. A minimum aggregate score of 55% at post-graduate level is mandatory for admission into colleges.

Yes, for government teaching jobs, you have to qualify TET and B.Ed is necessary. If you completed B.Ed then you are eligible.
