Distance degree is valid for LLB regular course if it was done from a UGC DEB recognised university. So you can be eligible if your university is recognised from UGC DEB.

Distance degrees are acceptable for regular LLB course, if done from a UGC DEB approved university. So if you have done the graduation from a UGC DEB recognized university then you can pursue LLB regular course.

Your B.Sc. IT distance degree is valid and marks are good enough for pursuing the regular LLB course. Hence you can pursue the regular LLB course.

Yes, you can do LLB course because BPD (B.A. ) is an UG programme. The eligibility criteria of LLB is a Bachelors degree in any discipline with minimum 45-50% of marks.
