Yes, your distance degree will be accepted if it is done from a UGC and DDE recognized University. Hence GIM will accept your distance degree for PGDM HCM program.

I am from Udaipur and I think that both are good, but you should go for Symbiosis Distance Learning Programme because Symbiosis is popular than Pacific. Otherwise, both are good colleges.

Mahatma Gandhi University, Meghalaya offers following UG distance courses:
1. B.Sc in Information Technology
2. BCA.
Hence MGU does not offer B.Sc in Hardware and Networking.

It's very nice to hear from you that you are interested in doing your PG in food technology. If it's MTech then it will not be allowed to be offered by distance education since UGC has disallowed distance education mode for all professional courses. However, if it's MSc then you can think of it.
