 UGC has recently advised all Universities to stop offering any professional course including engineering via distance education mode. Hence please do not think on these lines. You can however think of doing your AMIE which is like distance but is acceptable as equivalent to graduation. Best wishes

LL.B. through distance learning is not a good option. You can practice law only after attending full degree course from a regular college.
