Hi Sanjeev, Only a person who has done a full time LL.B. Is recognised to be eligible to practice law in India. There are colleges, which promises to allow students to complete their LL.B. Course through distance mode. However, such courses or arrangements are completely illegal and one should not fall for such traps.

Yes it is available. You need to visit the college website and clear the cutoff marks that are required. Your marks are above 60 percent so you can send your application to the college. Send a mail to the college administration in the mail address given in the website and they will guide you.

Distance education courses that require a physical on-site presence for any reason including the taking of examinations is considered to be a hyb R&D or blended course of study. Exams conducted Online for Open & Distance Learning Courses not Valid: UGC
University Grants Commission (UGC) has issued a notice to all approved distance and open learning universities informing that for any course offered by them if degrees/certificates are offered to candidates on the basis of their performance in an online exam then such degrees/certifications would not be valid. You have the following options
part time MBA, distance MBA or Executive MBA. Try and pursue ti from top 20 institutes
Executive MBA is usually of 16-18 months duration and is more apt to a working professional
part time MBA is usually of 3 years duration
Distance MBA is usually of 2 years duration with a project assignment
there is no provision for direct entry into 2 and year you will have to join in the first year as well.
