You can do any UG course from Annamalai University. It is in Tamil Nadu. The study material is also of good. The fees is low around 4000-5000. Per year Can vary also depending on subject little bit. All the best.

No, you cannot do two degrees at the same time in regular or even through distance mode. Because you will not get the benefit of other degree at the time of employment or in higher studies.
