In case you intend to change your university and course mode after completing your 1st year, I don't think it is possible. In certain cases, college change within the same university is possible to a large extent but not the mode in which the course is pursued.
You can still check with your college authorities.

B.Ed is Bachelor's of Education can be offered as a regular as well as distance course. The course specifically caters to the students who are interested in pursuing a career in teaching and related fields. You can find various universities that offer B.Ed via distance and regular mode. For example popular universities for distance course are Directorate of Distance Education, University of Jammu and for regular course, Delhi University.

If your aim is only to get a MBA finance degree you join IGNOU and in the mean while you can prepare for NET which you can appear which you are doing your MBA. For distance MBA go for IGNOU, SMU.
