Usually, classes are scheduled for every public holiday and Sundays and it's up to you whether you want to attend them or not. Except that, you just have to go for exams. But sometimes, in some Universities case is different. For example in Annamalai University, you have to go and live in their campus for 1 month for month if you are doing psychology hons from distant learning. Usually these details are mentioned on the official websites.

If you are from a reserved category, then yes, you can apply for admission here but if not, you are not eligible. Minimum eligibility for admission in PG courses is 50% in Bachelors degree in relevant subject.

Yes, but take care that year of getting the degree is different. For example, if you get B.Ed degree in 2022 then try getting M.Com degree in 2023.
