It's very nice to hear from you that you are interested in doing your graduation in engineering after completion of Diploma. But distance education mode is not the method since UGC has banned it. You can instead think of doing AMIE which is equivalent to graduation in engineering.

As per the Bar Council of India rule, you can't pursue it because it's a professional course. How can you do it online? It require a lot of effort and hard work.

I would recommend you to check out. There might be something for the people who are or were in air force.
