Engineering and Technology courses like BE/BTech are not valid through distance mode. Hence, never be pursue. It is better to do engineering diploma than pursue for BE/BTech through lateral entry scheme.

Master in chemistry is a professional course. You can't pursue via distance learning. Overall, there is no any college which can offer you Masters via distance.

BTech in distance mode is not recognized so it is difficult to say that you can be admitted to an M Tech.

Go for National Institute of Open Schooling and choose D.El.Ed programme but you should be a teacher working in a school.

Sorry, no such type of institute is there which offers distance education in engineering. Further, there is no organization named AISCE which imparts approvals. That organization is AICTE and that does not recognize distance courses in engineering like B Tech or M Tech or Diploma or Ph.D. etc. Do not rely on any such institute running such courses. Your money is hard earned, my dear. Regards.
