Distance/Correspondence

It is recognized by UGC under section 2 (f) of UGC Act, 1956. Sikkim Manipal University, Gangtok is recognized by UGC to continue offering programmes through Open & Distance Learning (ODL) mode for the session 2017-2018.

There are some universities which offer B.Sc Home Science through distance education. One of them is Nalanda Open University. Mankar College under Kazi Nazrul University situated in Burdwan (West Bengal) offers with B.Sc in Nutrition and Dietetics.

This is a full-time course in FC Pune. If you wish to pursue the course through correspondence, you will have to explore other universities that specifically offer distance education program.

I think, you can't do this. There is a huge difference between CE and civil engineering
CE is completely technical field.
