It is very nice hear from you that engineering graduation is not available why are distance education. I am very happy to know that you are aware of the current situation. There are some options still available for you. One of them is to look for a college in the city where you are working and which is offering part time BE. Another standard option is to complete your AMIE, which is a sort of distance education only but which is an authorized rude and which is equivalent to BE. Best wishes to.
