Hello,
As you have completed your ITI, so by lateral entry you can take admission in 2nd year Diploma course. It will take 2 years to complete your course. Your admission will be on merit base. In government institutions fee is much nominal INR. 4000 or INR. 5000 rupees/annum. In private, it varies around INR. 15000 to INR. 25000 per annum. Good luck.

Hello Kanuj,I am afraid, no institute offering MBA as a course allows any lateral admission. This word 'lateral admission' is invariably used for lateral admission directly into second year of engineering for those students who have completed their Diploma in engineering.

Hello,
I am afraid, if you got stuck in an illegal course, it's just bad luck. Think yourself lucky that this has not caught up with you many years into the job based in such degree. But it seems the way has been cleared once again and you can start off once again.
Best wishes.

Yes, you can do B.Sc from Amity University distance and there are few foreign universities too for B.Sc like Marconi University, CE. A. R. S and Open University UK. You can apply from IGNOU also.

Evening/distance/online/part time engineering courses are not valid any more as per the latest supreme court verdict, hence would recommend you to join regular B.Tech course for better career prospects-
