Yes, absolutely. Only the condition is, the degree of your Masters must be from recognized university through NACC and UGC.

Distance is much popular among working professionals. There are many good institutes which offers this course like Narsee Monjee, IGNOU, Symbiosis, Sikkim Manipal University, IMT, Welingkar, Amity University, and ICFAI. How to apply - Most of the institutes just asks form the form submissions (of course there is eligibility, but doesn't asks for higher marks). Some institutes conduct entrance test like IMT. Fees- Varies as per the course chosen and institute. Narsee Monjee has fee of around 62k, for IMT it is 1lac, for Symbiosis it is around 30-35k. AICTE is just council for technical education as it name suggest All India Council for Technical Education
For Approval in distance education the power is with UGC DEB and it is mandatory for colleges to get AICTE approval.
Further, to your question as per UGC MHRD notification B.Tech and M.Tech can't be pursued through distance and such a degree stands to be invalid.

Hello,
You can do you MSc-Math with application of computer science (MACS) from IGNOU. This is 2 to 4 years of program without any age restriction. The fee is about Rs. 22000. The minimum eligibility criteria of program is graduates from a recognized University/Institution with a major, or honors in mathematics with at least fifty percent marks in aggregate. Graduates with BA /B.Sc degree with Mathematics as one of the three main subjects with equal weightage, securing at least 50 percent marks in aggregate and 55 percent in Mathematics will be considered. You can try a job in that food related industry, but approach the companies which are related to that sector and then you can start your career as a fresher then explore your career.

In continuation to your other query, I first want to ask you whether you really are inclined towards Cyber security or it is because of lack of job opportunity that you want to pursue the course? If the latter is the answer, then I must tell you that there are n number of companies that have a strong IP team, For eg: Mastercard in Pune has a strong IP Legal team and it is looking for leads as well. Also, Law firms need associates from time to time in their IP team. You can personally visit the lawfirms or apply through LinkedIn.
