Hi,
Yes, if you fail in any of your subject, you are allowed to give them next year and they are termed as back papers. In some Colleges they make it compulsory also. Give your best. Good luck.

As you have done B.Com and B.Lib, you can pursue your PGDCA course from IGNOU. It's one of the best open universities.

Archaya College does not offer B.Sc in Agriculture through distance education. They are providing only a full-time regular course. If you want more details about that, please visit the college's official website.
