Yes, you can. BCA from SMU through distance is properly recognized and accepted by all universities for Masters programme.

BA in music will require you to pursue it regularly. You won't be able to learn the complex subjects of Music at home from books.

Entry into 2nd year will not be possible. You will have to study from 1st year again. Universities don't allow admission into 2nd year on the basis of completing 1st year from elsewhere.

You can pursue BCA from any distance education directorate like SMU, Amity etc. B.Tech is not possible through distance learning, so your only option is BCA.
