The distance mode programme in the field of psychology is not recognized by all colleges, so you need to check their website. M.Phil in psychology is 1 year research oriented programme. You get license for rehabilitation Council in India. M.Phil clinical psychology is hospital based 2 year training programme. After completion of this course, you receive license from RCI.

Hi Rudraksh,
The cut-offs for SIBM Bengaluru vary each year depending on the SNAP Test paper and the performance of all the applicants. Also, there is no correlation between the scores and the percentiles. Previously, the cut off stood at 89.6515%ile for the open general category. I hope this helps. All the best for the admission season! For further details please visit www.sibmbengaluru.edu.in

No. You can't. AICTE doesn't recognises such courses. So, don't fall for false claims.

Hi Guna,
Yes, you can go for other courses too. If you wish to continue your current education and pursue a distance degree in B.Sc. In psychology you can go for it. But the advise would be not to show both the degrees simultaneously as it is not accepted to study 2 different degrees at the same time. Just keep in mind that if you make a career in Psychology, its has different scope from Dental. Kindly consult a dental or a Psychologist to makean informed decision. For Distance education, IGNOU and DU (SOL) are the 2 of the best renounced Universities in India.
