Of course, nowadays many universities are accepting these in an online format to avoid problems of storage and disposal of physical submission. Some universities have shifted to an online mode of exam also. But yes, you can do a complete course sitting at home. In fact, this is the USP of the distance education format.

Else, you can check the list of the colleges offering B.Sc/Diploma in Physician Assistant. Aside, there are multiple online classes for the same course if you do not wish to attend regular college. For Anatomy and Medical Terminology, Physician Assistant Primary Care, Health Care Delivery Systems, Role of the Physician Assistant, Human Physiology, Patient Assessment and Clinical Medicine.
