As per the official website, B.Ed programme is not offered by Jammu University.

You can pursue various courses through distance education. But, would you be able to study for both? What if the exam dates collide? There is no law that is stopping you from pursuing both the courses through open mode. But, it is a question of practicality. You can do MBA later too without any cons

No, Gujarat University doesn't have M.Sc Environmental Science as distance course. You can however pursue it regularly if you wish.

CFA can be pursued either from ICFAI or institutes recognized from CFA USA. Distance mode is now available by either. For more details and procedures kindly visit the respective website of CFA (USA)/ICFAI.
