Your brother can certainly study through distance mode. But the courses offered through distance courses have the same duration as a regular course. There is no way to fast forward the graduation process. Following are the top distance learning universities in India:
1. IGNOU
2. Acharya Nagarjuna University
3. School of Open Learning, Delhi University
4. Jamia Milia Islamia
5. Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning
6. Mahatma Gandhi University.
