B.Ed through distance is still a good option for in-service teachers who want to get the degree at 3-4 times less cost than a regular programme. The B.Ed from distance should fulfil the criteria of NCTE.

Hi, as per my opinion I would suggest you to go for IBPS PO since it will fetch you a government job. If you are thinking of distance learning in HR it is not that beneficial unless you do a full-time course. So IBPS PO will be the best option in this case. Also you can join some course for aptitude
