It is very heartening to know your desire to study. Yes, distance education is the way forward for many. But, unfortunately there is no standard answer to your query. Each university has its own rules. I would therefore strongly advise you to download syllabus and go through in detail. All your queries will be solved.

Admission process for every college differs from each other. But yes, there are some universities who offer M.Sc. (chemistry) through distance learning. For the same you have to apply online on the college websites.

This course can be studied through regular/correspondence/ distance education. You should go for regular education for MBA. Do MBA from elite B-Schools then you need to qualify CAT/MAT/XAT with a min of 50% in graduation.
