Hi Pragi,
You can do distance certificate course in food and nutrition from various institutes:
1.Certificate in Food and Nutrition (CFN) through IGNOU (6 months duration)
2. Certificate Programme in Food & Nutrition at Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University, Hyderabad (6 months duration)
3. Certificate Couse in Nutrition and Dietetics through IGNOU (6 months duration)
4.Certificate Course in Food Nutrition in Nalanda Open University
5.Certificate Course in Food Nutrition in Karnataka State Open University (KSOU), etc.

Hi Ashwini. Eligibility criteria for B.Ed correspondence course for applying in entrance exam:
1.graduation from recognized university with at least 50% marks.
2.Two years experience in teaching in a school recognized by central or a state government or a union territory.
If you have this eligibility then you can apply for B.Ed through distance education.

Hi Revathi,
As per NCTE norms, regular teachers working in primary, middle, secondary or higher secondary schools in Tamil Nadu, recognised by State / Central government, with a minimum of two years teaching experience are only eligible for admission into Annamalai University distance education B.Ed course. If you have teaching experiences then you can apply.

Being a Diploma holder, I don't think you can do Master's degree course. Check the validity of the course and the approval of the university from the UGC website.
